The 30-day window starts from the date you received the goods or when a person you appointed takes possession of the product at your home in North American / US.

Return Conditions:
For goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item was bought in the last 30 days
The item is in original packaging
These items cannot be returned:
Personalized goods or products made specifically to your unique requirements.
Hygiene-sensitive items, such as bathroom or personal care products, that were unsealed after delivery.
Goods which by their nature deteriorate quickly or where the expiration date has passed.
Items that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other products.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet these health and safety conditions at our discretion.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. Contact us via email for our return processing instructions.
Online Return Center
We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for your peace of mind. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery to our fulfillment team.
Gifts:
If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the product is received, a digital certificate will be emailed to you.
If the gift wasn't marked as one at purchase, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund directly to the original purchaser.
